The company initially operated as Iyacare medical services established in 2018, mainly operating as laboratory consultancy and setup company.
In September 2025, we started full operations as a medical diagnostics service provider with the name Iyacheck Medical Diagnostics. We also provide a holistic “end to end” service that covers all health needs, we also are a one stop shop for all company and workplace healthcare needs. Our services include Laboratory services, Electrocardiogram, X-ray, Ultrasound and Medical Laboratory consultancy.

IMD is recognized by the Federal Ministry of Health (FMoH) as a Private Medical service in Nigeria. Iyacheck Medical Service (IMD) was incorporated on September 2025. However, the company was initially operated as iyacare Nigeria limited which was incorporated in 2018.
